00 Contact · Novato, CA

Call the studio, send your drawings. We take it from there.

There is one way to begin a project with us and it is simple: a short conversation about your CAD set, your deadline, and the room the images have to win over. Everything below is how to start that conversation.

01 Reach the studio

The phone is the fastest route in.

We answer Monday to Friday during studio hours. A five-minute call about your drawings usually settles scope, timing and a fee range before anything is emailed.

What to have ready before you write.

A good brief shortens the first call to minutes. If you have these four things, we can quote accurately the first time — if you don't, write anyway and we'll help you assemble them.

04 Before you call

The questions we're asked first.

Honest answers to the things firms want settled before a project begins.

01Do you work with firms outside Novato?
Yes. We're based in Novato and serve architecture and development firms across Northern California. Everything after the first call — CAD transfer, draft review, final delivery — runs remotely, so distance doesn't change the timeline. A studio visit is offered when finish samples or a large presentation make it worthwhile.
02What file formats should I send?
Revit, Rhino, SketchUp or DWG are all welcome, along with your plans, sections and a material spec. If the model is still being cleaned up, send what you have — part of our work is resolving geometry so you don't have to.
03How fast can you turn a draft?
From a clean CAD set, first draft frames for review typically land within ten working days. Rush and tender deadlines are quoted up front — tell us the date that can't move on your first call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
04What does a project cost to start?
Exterior stills begin at $1,850 per view and interiors at $1,650 per view; animated walkthroughs from $6,400 and VR-ready models from $3,900 per project. Complex geometry and tight turnarounds are quoted before we begin — you'll have a firm number, not a surprise invoice. Full rates live on the services page.
05How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of marked changes are included on every still and animation package, agreed in scope before rendering starts. Draft frames arrive annotated so your team can mark corrections with precision — most projects land inside those two rounds.
